Hard at Work

While hanging out in the backyard today, Shrike decided that she wanted to empty out this "kiddy pool" (actually a wrapping paper storage bin), but it was too heavy to lift easily, so she started bailing it with a plastic coffee jug.

Peeper said, "Oh! Let me help you, please!" so she let her take over.

She bailed and bailed, carrying jugful after jugful over to her "fishin' hole" to fill it up. She got enough water out that she was able to drag the "pool" to the fishin' hole (maybe with a little help), lift it and dump out the remainder of the water.

All the while, enjoying the lovely, if a bit cool for water play, but since when has that bothered Peeper? day.
