Last Day in Texas

This is the last full day of our trip and we made the most of it. Peeper got to play with her cousins quite a bit, we went out to lunch and to the Children's Museum, MyLovelySIL's parents, sister and brother-in-law came over for dinner, and we met up with an old camp friend and her kids for ice cream.

It's been a great trip. I've really enjoyed myself and I think Peeper has, too. And yet, I know I'm ready to get home to Shrike and our critters and our day-to-day routine, such as it is.

And tomorrow, we will.
