Pie Time

I took photos of Peeper "helping" me make pie for Thanksgiving dinner the past two years, so now it's a tradition.

I skipped the pie (and dinner) this Thanksgiving, because I was pukey the night before, but she helped me make one for Christmas dinner. We worked fast because I was making it at noon for a 2 pm dinner, and I has to go in the fridge for a while to "set." Amazingly, it was ready to go by the time we served desserts around 4 o'clock!

We were very happy about measuring lemon juice!
