Stinky Pups
I'm not sure what happened while I was asleep on the couch this evening, but when I woke up and let the puppers in, they smelled suspiciously like skunk.
Shrike doesn't have any skunk adventure stories from today's walk, so the only way this could have happened is if the little bastard was in our yard.
Great.
And did I mention that BigGaloot ran right into our bedroom and rolled all over our bed?
Eeek. I hate it when that happens! Ours always sulk when we ban them from whichever room (just a temporary thing!) for whatever reason. Ahh but the cuteness wins in the end, right?
ReplyDeleteNot their fault the little bastard sprayed them likely through the fence. Not to mention, why does it have to stick around and, in some dogs, invade their nasal passages? If it were like pepper spray, hurts like heck then goes away, wouldn't that be mroe effective? Not like they are marking the dog for the other skunks.
