Radish Chips

Last week at the farmer's market, Peeper picked out some radishes and insisted that I buy them. I'd like to tell you that I made them into chips today, but actually, those just got squishy and icky in the fridge over the course of the week, and we put them in the compost bin today. However, we did get another bunch of them from the CSA yesterday, and those I made into rasish chips.

Pretty much the same recipe as all our chips: Slice with madolin, toss with a bit of olive oil garlic, (way too much) salt and Parmesan and bake until crispy.
