She was very excited about being up on Mommy's shoulders, and was patting her head quite enthusiastically. I caught her mid-pat.
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty exciting, being way up high when you're just a wee kid. I'm curious about what LP's and 45's Peeper and Shrike were grooving to. Beach Boys? Dean Martin? Kids these days usually don't even know what those vinyl disks are.

ReplyDeleteOne that she plays for her alot is actually a Moonlighting soundtrack album, which has Limbo Rock, Blue Moom, and I Told You I Loved You (Now Get Out) amongst others.
In one photo, you might have seen Ray Charles "Modern Sounds in Country and Western Music" propped against the entertainment center behind her.
