Your Opinion?

Shrike's dad is coming over in the morning to help us hang this wallpaper border in Peeper's room. 

(Okay, we'll actually be the lovely assistants, while he's doing all the real work.) 

We're hoping that he'll also help Shrike move the crib in, since it's pretty damn heavy. 

We're almost finished painting the other furniture (just need a coat or two of spray sealer on a couple of things), and then we just have to put the changing table and toy box back together, and it will be ready to start loading in!

Of course, there will still be lots to do, including getting the glider cushions recovered and coming up with some window treatments. 

Which brings me to my question: 

Check out this panda fabric that I found online. I'm thinking of using for the valances, over plain black curtains. 

But Shrike's a little concerned about whether it will clash with the border, which will be right above it, at the ceiling.
