Pot Roast: Now 50% Less Fire-Hazardous

As if the broc-fest weren't enough kitchenry for one day, Shrike reminded me last night that we'd taken a roast out of the freezer to thaw about 3 days ago. Whoops.

So, I also whipped me up a little pot roast this afternoon, skipping the optional almost-set-the-house-on-fire step and going right to stick-it-in-a-pot-on-the-stove.

Not sure if this will be lunch tomorrow, or the broccoli sus-prize, but it's pretty darn tasty.
