What a Pill

Peeper and I went to First Friday this evening, and before heading over to the courthouse so Peeper could dance to the live music, as usual, we happened to pass by a display from a pharmacy that just opened, featuring this giant walking-around pill. (I guess that's what it was?) 

Of course, as soon as Peeper spotted him, she asked, "Will you take my picture with him?!"
