  1. Loved your post! I have managed to work some veggies in for my family simply by adding for instance diced spinach, or even a chopped up zuchini to spagetti sauce. There are a lot of ways to get them in besides just eating them cooked by themselves. We also love casseroles which are a good way to add them to a meal. Good luck in your trying new things! It can be hard to overcome your childhood hates but once you do, you sometimes realize you missed out on a lot. I just recently converted my husband from making gagging noises every time I even mention brussel sprouts to actually really liking them and asking me to make them.
