Calls 'Em As She Sees 'Em

The card that Peeper "chose" to give Shrike for Mother's Day has a card-within-a-card thing going on, with a little removable piece of paper for the kid to write a personal note.

When I showed it to her in the store, she asked "Is it a pad?" and I said "Yeah, it's like a notepad. You can write something for Mommy."

Saturday evening, when I got it out for her to sign, she asked me again, "Is it a pad?" and I told her that "It's like a one-page notepad. You can write a note to Mommy, or draw her a picture."

Then she clarified, "Is it a vulva pad?"
