Oh yeah, I can see those nasty little cavities. I think you're right, she probably has weak enamel due to heredity or early delivery. Fluoride treatments at the dentist should help. After she nurses at night, could she take a sip of water from her sippy cup before she falls back to sleep? Or does she nurse and sleep at the same time?
She nurses to sleep and in her sleep. But everything I read says that breastmilk is actually protective, if there's no other sugar in there with it. So, the trick is making sure that everything else she's eaten during the day has been brushed off before bedtime.
