ReplyDeleteI was actually feeling guilty about competing against that one baby who's got a whole lot of health problems (nominee #3).
In fact, I didn't actually say "vote for Peeper" - and almost said "vote your conscience" because I felt so bad about it.
Shrike read about her and said, "I'm sorry, I can't vote for us, but I'll abstain."
And, I was even thinking of withdrawing Peeper's nomination and throwing her votes to that little girl.
("Oh yeah," you're thinking. "NOW she says that!")
Really.
As much as little Peep has put us through and is still putting us through, we do know how luck we are to be in our shoes and not theirs.
But, THREE blankies!
