Daily Peep: Navel Gazing

Introducing Peeper's Belly Button!
(She lost her umbilical cord in the wee hours this morning)

Note: If there's anything she hates more than a diaper change, it's a gratuitous photo shoot in the middle of a diaper change.

  2. Now the cord stump is sittin on the changing table til we decide what to do with it.

It seems wrong to just throw it away, but on the other hand, we don't want to find it in a butter dish in the garage ten years from now . . . .

  5. Or you could go the route that I did: toss it in the trash. Not really something you want to keep, I say. But, hay, do what makes you feel right.

  6. Anonymama - You obviously did not bury mine under a rose bush.

  7. After our nephew Liam's cord fell off my Mom and Kim buried it with a tree in their (Mom and Kim's) yard. That's probably in the list of ideas that ladykay sent... :)

  8. Btw, the cute little cow onsie that she's (sort of) wearing in the photo is courtesy of Anonygrandma.
