It's Kegel Time, Sprout!
Here's a maternity milestone that there's no page for in the baby book:
As of yesterday, everytime I sneeze, I pee myself a little bit.
The sad part is, I got kind of excited about it:
Hey, just like a real pregnant lady!

lol - I suspected as much. Not that it was particularly fun the first couple of times but, seriously, there was that "Hey - that's one of those stereotypical pregnancy things!"

And, I'm a dork.
I mean, who says, "Yay, I peed myself!"
(Granted, it was really only once with clothes on, then two sneezes in the shower yesterday morning.)

LK - Good point. I'd prefer to stick with the little panty shields that I've been using since the prometrium days, because I really like them, but I may have to upgrade.
ReplyDeleteActually, no recent "incidents" but if I were to catch a cold, it could get ugly.
Or at least wet.
