Peeper Prepares Pie
Okay, so I actually did most of the work, while she watched.
But I did explain to her what I was doing, each step of the way.

What a good helper she is! Hey, it's great in about 20 years when you can reverse the process and watch HER do it. :D

Was it the traditional "cheese cake" that is really a lemon cream pie? The "out of this world good" one? Enjoy!
