Wordless Wednesday #64: Why Wait?

Express wheelchairs does give a mental picture of racing "drivers". Although, while one thinks of wheelchair bound as being so tied down. Think of all of the negatives about lack of mobility, when one actually goes to using a wheelchair or scooter, the sense is of sudden freedom. Now I can go almost anywhere rather that almost nowhere. Depends on what comparison one is making.
