Daily Peep: Steppin' Out!
Peeper's newest trick (as of today): Voluntarily letting go and taking a couple of steps!
So maybe she WILL be walking by Christmas (for us, New Years)!! It doesn't look like she'll just be up and running but she might not need someone to use as a walker anymore by then!!

ReplyDeleteUntil now, her only steps have been when we stood her up and let go.
ReplyDeleteThis evening, with some coaxing (and then without nearly as much coaxing), she was letting go on her own and taking off.
It's like a lightbulb went on and she realized that she could do it, and that it's fun.
However, she has more confidence than balance, so she doesn't stay upright for very long.
Once she gets the balance thing down she will be all over.
